Leadership & Structure

Advisory Board: The guiding force of all of the network’s work and activities.  The board consists of youth and young adults with disabilities.

Action Group – Speak Out!: Leads our advocacy and activism.  We have a lot to say and this group makes sure young people are heard. 

Outreach Workgroup: Creates ways to grow the YP! network and strengthen its voice.  Promotional materials, media and YP! news are led by this group.

Special Events Workgroup: Takes the lead in planning our YP! major events such as the Families Together in NYS Annual Conference Youth Track and our Annual Statewide Youth Leadership Forum.
