Michael Eastman has worked in the field of human services for many years. It started when he worked with at risk youth for 7 years. Aside from a degree in Humans Services he also holds a Certificate of Addictions Counseling and has worked in the field. He has been disabled since 2009. In 2021 he started working at Access to Independence of Cortland County. He assist those like himself with disabilities that wish to return to work or youth looking to try employment for the first time. He is also involved in the Medicaid Wavier helping those with Traumatic Brain Injuries release lost skills was an ILST.
