After nearly a decade of working across the country on prison reform and reentry initiatives, Phoebs (he/they) was called to focus on youth empowerment and prevention. As manager of the Catskill Youth Clubhouse, Phoebs coordinates programs ranging from a weekly youth-run radio show on 90.7-FM WGXC to community gardening to art therapy. His goal, always, is to center the wisdom of lived experience and youth creativity.
