Amanda Shpigler is a recent graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Amanda has experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse, recovery advocacy, and most recently developing a collegiate recovery program at the University at Albany. As part of her advocacy work, Amanda shares her story of recovery.
