Families Together in New York State
Schenectady County is recruiting 9th, 10th, and 11th graders who want to make a real impact in their community. The Youth Commission gives students the chance to assess local needs, research organizations, visit programs, and ultimately award a $2,500 grant. Participants also earn a $400 stipend and gain solid experience for college and job applications. Only 16 youth will be selected, and applications are due December 15, 2025.
