We’ll explore how mentorship cultivates confident, resilient advocates and why strong mentor-mentee relationships are essential for both professional and personal growth. This session will feature a dynamic panel of mentors sharing living experience, tools for connection, and inspiration to guide the next generation. Participants will learn how to identify the qualities of impactful mentorship, navigate meaningful mentoring relationships, and explore pathways for becoming or finding a mentor in their advocacy journey. Whether you’re seeking mentorship or ready to pour into others, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss!

Statewide meeting for Youth Peer Advocates, Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPA), and others in similar peer-based roles that work with youth to have an open discussion about tools and strategies, advocacy, and workforce development.
