Event Details: The Family Peer Advocate (FPA) Code of Ethics establishes clear standards of conduct, facilitates ethical decision making and fosters accountability. The objective of this webinar is to learn about the FPA Code of Ethics. Together, we will consider the ethical and professional principles of the FPA throughout their role. FPA’s will understand how to approach colleagues regarding ethical concerns and dilemmas. In cases of a violation, they will learn how to file a complaint and understand the process for investigation, review and appeal. FPA’s will be equipped with the knowledge to uphold the Code of Ethics, thereby fostering an environment of integrity and ethical conduct.
