About This Training:

The FANS (Family Needs and Strengths) Training Overview provides essential guidance for Supervisors of Family Peer Advocates (FPAs). This 90-minute session will help you:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the FANS assessment/outcome tool
• Learn how to effectively support your FPAs in implementing FANS
• Discover how FANS supports FPAs’ work with Family and Youth goals

This training is specifically designed for supervisors who oversee Family Peer Advocates and want to strengthen their knowledge of this valuable assessment tool.
