Participants will learn about the potential psychological and developmental risks associated with screen overuse and passive consumption. The workshop will provide practical solutions for promoting active engagement with digital media, including tips for setting healthy boundaries, encouraging interactive screen time, and fostering family activities that nurture in-person connections. This session is ideal for parents and caregivers interested in navigating technology use thoughtfully and effectively.
