FPAs are incredibly important in supporting families in their mental health journey. As more programs are integrating Family Peer Support Services into their work, it is helpful for organizations to create a planful process for recruiting FPAs. What experience, skills, and characteristics should you look for to build a team of FPAs to empower and support families?
