Event Details: In this webinar, we will be discussing ways Family and Youth Peer Advocates can support youth and families through changes in the social climates in their communities. When significant events impact the way things work in their communities, youth and families are often expected to adapt quickly and may not have direction. Participants will learn more about the impact of social change in communities and your role as a peer advocate in helping youth and families adapt to the changes. Participants will use practice scenarios to learn to practically apply the skills they’re learning.
