Holistic Healing with Robbie
ZoomLong Island Regional Youth Partner with Families Together in New York State, Robbie Lettieri is a national public speaker, mental health advocate, and registered yoga therapist. Robbie will be offering an hour long overview on “holistic healing”. During this presentation we will explore several different approaches to maintaining emotional wellbeing, covering topics such as yoga and meditation, the energy within the body, foods that fuel the soul, harnessing our passions and more! After exploring different techniques on how to utilize our breath and gain more control over our minds, we will end this session with a guided mediation. Come and experience Holistic Healing to learn tools that we can use on a daily basis to support us on our journeys through life!
