Kilolo Moyo-White, represents ROC the Future Alliance’s Family and Community Engagement team and serves as the creator/coordinator of the Youth Leadership Coalition, Monroe Counties first collective impact youth lead alliance. At the core of the Youth Leadership Coalition trainings is to build upon the assets of youth programs within the region and to, “Train youth leaders to lead youth leaders.” The Youth Leadership Coalition is lead through a curriculum designed by SpreadKarma Consulting from Baltimore, MD.
